Hi, I’m Lauren.

I started LTK to do more of the work I love: making things beautiful and making them work better.

I studied public relations, spent six years teaching, and later moved into nonprofit program management, communications, and instructional design. Across those roles, I found myself drawn to the same work: planning, designing resources, and building systems a team could keep using.

After helping lead a rebrand and putting new ways of working in place, I realized how much I enjoyed the building part. I wanted to bring that work to more organizations.

I want the process to feel easy to follow, energizing, and worth your time. Oh, and fun. That part matters, too.
